About
Jonty is a physiotherapist who graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy. He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, working with patients to reduce pain, restore function and return to meaningful activity. His clinical approach combines practical rehabilitation with objective testing and clear communication so patients understand both their injury and the pathway forward.
Jonty has completed a Graduate Certificate in High Performance Sport and is currently undertaking a Master of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy to further develop advanced skills in injury management and return-to-sport rehabilitation. He integrates principles from high performance sport into everyday clinical care, allowing both athletes and general patients to benefit from structured and effective programs.
With a background as a football player and coach within the SANFL system, Jonty understands the physical and mental challenges of managing injury while staying active. He works with a wide range of patients, from athletes aiming to return to competition through to people wanting to move comfortably and confidently in daily life.

Experience & Specialties
Jonty has worked with teams including Glenelg Football Club and representative underage football programs, supporting athletes through injury rehabilitation and return to performance. This experience has helped shape a structured and performance-focused approach that can be applied to both athletes and the general population.
He has experience managing sports injuries, muscle and tendon conditions, gym and running injuries, and common problems such as back, shoulder and knee pain.
Jonty uses objective measurement tools to guide clinical decisions and track progress. Technologies such as Kangatech 360 screening, ForceDecks testing and real-time ultrasound imaging help identify contributing factors to injury and provide clear markers of improvement throughout rehabilitation.
Drawing on his background in high performance sport, Jonty provides holistic programming that extends beyond traditional physiotherapy. Treatment plans may incorporate strength and conditioning principles, practical nutrition guidance, supplementation advice and recovery strategies to support long-term results.
